CCLBA Calendar

CLIENT: Cook County Land Bank Authority, the largest land bank by geography in the country, is a unit of Cook County, Illinois, government, that promotes redevelopment and reuse of vacant, abandoned, foreclosed or tax-delinquent properties. (Rudd Resources LLC engaged Lange Creative Services as a team member on this project for their client, CCLBA.)

CHALLENGE: With a production schedule disrupted by the pandemic, this alternative annual report transformed into an 18-month calendar that showcased properties redeveloped through its programs. 

SOLUTION: Flexibility is the key word that represents Lange’s delivery of multiple design iterations as CCLBA’s plan and vision of the alternate annual report evolved.
